The Taya365 Terms and Conditions form a binding user agreement between each member and the Operator of Taya365. The agreement sets 16 sections of rules covering eligibility, payments, bonuses, fair play and account security, with deposit and withdrawal limits from ₱100 to ₱50,000 per transaction.
Introduction and acceptance
Registering an account or placing a bet on Taya365 confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which govern every product available on the platform, including slots, live casino, fishing, card games, sports betting, and lottery, under a single account.
Any member who does not agree with any clause must immediately cease using both the website and the Taya365 app and request account closure through customer support. Additionally, specific promotion rules, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy are integral components of this agreement and apply concurrently alongside these Terms.

Eligibility
Access to Taya365 is limited to individuals who meet 3 conditions at the time of registration and throughout account use.
- Members must be at least 18 years old and hold full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- Taya365 may request proof of age and identity at any time, and accounts that fail this check are suspended until valid documents are provided.
- Accounts opened by persons under 18 are closed immediately, and any balance or winnings on those accounts are void.
Account registration and verification
Taya365 allows one account per individual and verifies every member through Know Your Customer checks before releasing funds.
One account rule
Taya365 strictly enforces a one-account-per-individual policy and verifies every member through Know Your Customer (KYC) checks prior to releasing funds. To prevent duplicate accounts, this rule monitors six shared identifiers, permitting only a single account per individual, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, payment method, and device environment.
Any duplicate accounts linked through these shared details are subject to immediate closure. Furthermore, members are required to submit accurate personal details upon registration and promptly report any updates through customer support to keep their accounts in good standing.
Identity verification
Identity verification serves to protect account owners and must be successfully completed before any initial payout is released. A valid government-issued ID may be requested prior to processing a first withdrawal, with the transaction remaining on hold until the submitted document is approved.
For enhanced account security, each member must establish a dedicated withdrawal password separate from their standard login password and keep both credentials strictly confidential. Taya365 never requests passwords via social media platforms, and any solicitations of this kind should be reported immediately to official support.
Deposits
Every deposit on Taya365 must come from a payment account registered in the member’s own name.
| Item | Rule |
| Minimum deposit | ₱100 per transaction |
| Maximum deposit | ₱50,000 per transaction |
| Accepted methods | GCash and PayMaya |
| Account name | Must match the registered Taya365 member name |
| Turnover requirement | 1x the deposit amount before withdrawal |
Withdrawals
Withdrawals on Taya365 follow fixed limits, a security password and 2 processing tiers based on the requested amount.
| Item | Rule |
| Minimum withdrawal | ₱100 per request |
| Maximum withdrawal | ₱50,000 per request |
| Security check | Withdrawal password required for every request |
| Below ₱5,000 | Processed in real time for verified accounts, within 24 hours |
| Above ₱5,000 | Reviewed first, then released 15 to 20 minutes after approval |
| Early withdrawal fee | 50% of the deposit amount plus a ₱50 fee if the 1x turnover is not met |

Game rules and fair play
Games on Taya365 are supplied by third party developers that use certified random number generation to produce every result.
- Each game follows its own published rules, payout table and betting limits, which members should review before placing a bet.
- Any round affected by a system or software malfunction is void, and all bets and payouts linked to that round are cancelled.
- Fraud, collusion, multiple accounts and irregular betting patterns are prohibited and lead to bet cancellation and account review.
Responsible gaming
To assist members who wish to actively manage their gaming activity, Taya365 provides two dedicated control tools accessible through customer support. First, deposit limits can be established upon request via live chat or phone support to cap the total amount transferred into an account.
Second, a self-exclusion option allows members to block access to their account for a designated timeframe, during which the account strictly cannot be reopened until that period concludes. Above all, gaming on Taya365 is intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older, and all members are strongly encouraged to gamble responsibly by wagering only what they can afford to lose.
Account suspension and termination
Taya365 may suspend or close an account when any of the 5 triggers below is confirmed.
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or of any specific promotion rules attached to a bonus or campaign.
- Registration with false, incomplete or misleading personal information, including names that do not match payment accounts.
- Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, payment method or device environment.
- Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, use of payment accounts belonging to others or attempts to manipulate game results.
- Any legal or regulatory requirement, with funds linked to a confirmed breach held until the investigation is complete.
- Members may close their own account at any time by sending a request to customer support through live chat, phone or email.
Limitation of liability
Taya365 accepts no liability for losses resulting from events beyond the Operator’s direct control. Consequently, issues such as internet outages, device malfunctions, or network provider access restrictions do not establish grounds for any claim against Taya365 regarding lost bets or potential winnings.
Furthermore, delays originating from third-party payment services, such as GCash and PayMaya, fall outside the Operator’s responsibility once a transaction has been submitted for processing. In the event of a system or software malfunction, any winnings derived from affected rounds are rendered void and non-payable, with the initial stakes refunded directly to the member’s account balance.

Conclusion
The Taya365 Terms and Conditions set clear rules for every member, from the 18 year age requirement and the one account rule to ₱100 to ₱50,000 payment limits and the 1x turnover before withdrawal. Bonus terms, fair play rules and anti money laundering checks protect both members and the platform. Reviewing these Terms before the first deposit avoids fees, voided bonuses and account restrictions.
